EuroLine Windows – Quality Construction and Elegant Design

EuroLine Windows is the largest manufacturer of tilt & turn windows in North America. With over 20 years of experience, we are at the forefront of fenestration technology, offering window and door systems that exceed building standards to provide the best in thermal performance and design.

Made of high quality uPVC that is strong, low-maintenance and weather-resistant, our window and door systems with multi-point locking hardware minimize energy loss and provide unprecedented protection from rain, wind, noise and intruders. All our products are custom-made and whether you choose white or add a durable acrylic foil – from brushed metallic to EuroWood finishes – their elegant design adds to the aesthetic and character of your home.

1400-Series Casement & Awning Windows

EuroLine’s 1400-series casement and awning windows are unsurpassed in energy saving features and quality of materials when compared to other casement and awning systems.

Made from high-quality REHAU uPVC that is low maintenance, high-impact and UV-resistant, contains no plasticizers or lead. It is 100% recyclable, and – most importantly – it won’t make your family sick.

The 1400-series features a 4-chamber system with thick outer walls. Each chamber acts as a thermal break, providing insulation and high thermal performance. The frame and sash corners are fusion welded for strength, preventing air and water infiltration.

As with all our systems, the 1400-series comes standard with double pane glazing; soft LoE coating; triple gasket with multiple chambers for superior thermal efficiency; robust, stainless steel multi-point locking hardware for increased security and weather tightness; fold-away crank mechanisms and concealed, adjustable hinges for trouble-free operation.

A wide range of colours, finishes, glass types and other accessories are available for virtually endless possibilities designed to meet all your style and performance needs.

Tilt & Turn System

EuroLine’s tilt & turn windows and doors have multi-point locking hardware all around. This provides a better seal against air and water penetration, extra security against forced entry, and helps to keep your home warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

One easy-to-operate handle moves the multi-point locking hardware into place and locks the window on all sides for higher security and a tighter seal.

When the window, or door, is in the “tilt” position, the sash tilts inwards at the top to provide comfortable, secure, draft-free, air circulation in the room.

In the “turn” position, the sash turns inwards at the side allowing for easy cleaning from the interior, rapid cross-ventilation, and quick emergency egress.

As with all our systems, tilt & turn windows and doors come standard with double pane glazing; soft LoE coating; triple gasket with multiple chambers for superior thermal efficiency; robust, multi-point locking hardware for increased security and weather tightness. Upgrade to triple glazing for unsurpassed thermal performance.

Tilt & turn systems are available in the 4600-series GoldenLine and our 4700-series ThermoPlus and in the same wide range of colours, finishes, glass types and other accessories as our other products.

4700-series ThermoPlus

Our ThermoPlus windows help reduce CO2 emissions and save you money.

By combining the six-chamber vinyl-fibreglass hybrid frame with the optional foam inserts and triple-pane insulating glazing, the 4700-series window system can achieve the thermal performance needed for a Passive House design at a considerably lower cost.

ThermoPlus comes with the new generation GENEO profiles that combine the benefits of uPVC and fibreglass in a new hybrid RAU-FIPRO material.

RAU-FIPRO forms a continuous, weldable reinforcement that provides superior inner strength. The outer layer of high-grade uPVC forms a smooth, low-maintenance, easy-to-clean, and pore-free surface that only high-grade vinyl can provide. Both layers are inseparably fused into a monolithic structure. RAU-FIPRO is an innovative composite material formulation created by REHAU, based on its extensive experience with composite materials for aircrafts and Formula 1 race cars, and in the design and extrusion of high-performance uPVC window profiles. The result is a window profile with high stability, torsion stiffness, and structural properties – all characteristics not formerly possible in vinyl window systems without the addition of steel reinforcement.

The ThermoPlus window system comes standard with multi-point locking ROTO NT hardware, protected by a RotoSil nano coated surface, where the base steel is galvanized and passivated with nano particles, then optically sealed. The coating technology is environmentally safe because it is free of Chromium (VI) compounds and other heavy metals and provides protection against corrosion and small scratches.

Add high-performance glazing and you get the most durable, versatile and energy-efficient window system in its class. Whether it is used in a single family house or a high rise building, the ThermoPlus system, with its sophisticated six-chamber profiles, robust and durable hardware, and high-performance glazing, forms a virtually impenetrable barrier for anything Mother Nature may throw at it.

Tilt & Glide System

Tilt & glide doors offer the same tilt function as the tilt & turn system, but instead of turning in, the sash pulls in, then glides open parallel to the fixed sidelite, providing the perfect solution in tight spaces swing-in systems do not work.

While only half of the tilt & glide door system opens, these doors can be made wider than hinged doors, providing a large opening. The fixed side can be a picture window – providing a large glass surface allowing lots of sun to come in – or a fixed sash to match the opening side, creating a balanced look.

The tilt & glide system also provide secure ventilation. Unlike traditional sliders that slide inside a track, the tilt & glide system more closely resembles an airplane door, where the sash overlaps the frame all around, and with the multi-point locking hardware creates a tight seal against air and water infiltration as well as superior security.

As with all our systems, tilt & glides come standard with double pane glazing; soft LoE coating; triple gasket with multiple chambers for superior thermal efficiency; robust, multi-point locking hardware for increased security and weather tightness. Upgrade to triple glazing for unsurpassed thermal performance.

Tilt & glide systems are available in the 4600-series GoldenLine and our 4700-series ThermoPlus and in the same wide range of colours, finishes, glass types and other accessories as our other products.

Passion for Passive

With today’s increasing cost of energy, homeowners and building professionals alike are interested in quality products that provide superior thermal performance and lower energy costs without sacrificing elegance or design. EuroLine’s 4700-series ThermoPlus window and door system offers the answer to this demand and is becoming a popular choice, especially with the advance of Passive House construction in North America.

ThermoPlus uses Passive House certified GENEO window and door profiles, manufactured with high-tech RAU-FIPRO, a hybrid of fibreglass and vinyl – making it the strongest, most energy-efficient window and door system in its class. The hybrid core provides high stability, torsion stiffness and static properties of fibreglass allowing for greater design flexibility, and larger window areas. ThermoPlus window and door system with its sophisticated six-chamber, hybrid profile combined with robust hardware and high-performance glazing, provides unsurpassed thermal comfort; significant energy savings and is used in Passive House projects across Canada and the US.

The 4700-series windows feature German-engineered tilt & turn operation with durable, easy-to-operate multi-point locking hardware that seals out harsh weather and makes it virtually impossible for intruders to break into your home through the frame. As with all EuroLine high-performance products, ThermoPlus is custom-built, comes standard with two panes of insulated glass (optional three panes); LoE coating; and Health Smart all-foam warm edge Super Spacer insulation system for superior thermal performance.

EuroWood – Woodgrain Finishes

It’s not wood – It’s better!

Get the look and feel of wood without the maintenance. Each of our EuroWood finishes can be applied to either side of the window, both sides, or combined with another colour.

These durable finishes, just like EuroLine’s other available colours, are colour-fast and resist deterioration from atmospheric chemicals and pollution.

We operate our own in-house product testing facility where we perform peel, freezer and oven tests on each batch of foiled profiles, including our EuroWood finishes. These tests ensure that our colourfast acrylic laminate finishes perform to our rigid standards.

Choose from a vast array of EuroWood foils, including our popular Douglas Fir and Golden Oak, to custom finish your windows and doors. A foil may be applied to one side of a window or to both, or combined with one of our solid colours.

Folding System

Folding systems are ideal as gateways between living room and pool/view areas, or wherever wide open spaces are desired.

They can have as few as 2, or as many as 7 panels, spanning a width of up to 20 feet (in white profile), bringing the outdoors in.

With multi-point locking hardware and fitted with special seals, the 3300-series is made for weather tightness.

French Windows & Doors

EuroLine’s French windows and doors are distinctive, versatile, functional, and beautiful. Not only are they a stylish addition to your home – they also open the indoors up to the outdoors, and provide a gateway through which to carry larger items, such as furniture.

You can choose from a wide variety of colours, EuroWood styles, handle types, and couple these with extended energy saving features such as LoE-coated glass, to customize one of the best window series the world has to offer.

TILT &TURN
French windows and doors can be made to have one side, the “active” side, to tilt & turn.

One easy-to-operate handle moves the multi-point locking hardware into place for either the locked, tilt, or turn position.

With the handle in the “tilt” position, the sash tilts inwards at the top, providing draft-free, secure ventilation.

In the “turn” position, the sash turns inwards at the side allowing for easy cleaning from the interior, rapid cross-ventilation, and quick emergency egress.

French windows are a great option for basement bedrooms, where window height is often restricted. French doors are a good option for lower-traffic areas such as bedroom suites with access to a balcony or deck, where the possibility of a large opening is still desired.

OUTSWING
Swing-only doors feature multi-point locking hardware for security, and heavy hinges for continuous smooth operation in high traffic areas.

The easy-to-operate handle moves the multi-point locking hardware into place, compressing the double compression gaskets for a tight seal and better security.

On windy days the sashes are pushed against the frame, compressing the seals further and creating an even tighter seal. This makes outswing doors the highest performing French door option.

INSWING
Inswing French doors feature the same multi-point locking hardware and compression gaskets as their outswing counterparts, but open to the inside where there isn’t enough room to swing the door open to the outside.
